Project Highlights:

A massive student housing initiative to satisfy record enrollment growth and the increasing demand for updated facilities, partnered RIT and Wilmorite. This was the largest housing expansion in the school’s history. Following a detailed master plan, this project resulted in a thirty building village development complete with connecting walkways, recreational park space and extensive landscaping.

A total of 864 beds were delivered over the course of three years with continuous
construction schedules that required precise coordination between Wilmorite, the schoo’s residence live program, the dormitory
authority, health and safety services and the facilities managers. Every building was
delivered on-time and within budget.
