Project Highlights
In 1972, Wilmorite developed and built the George Washington Goler House for the University of Rochester. It was built to meet the strong housing demand for graduate housing, but is also open to university faculty and staff. With its timeless and efficient design, this 13-story high rise, which is constructed of concrete and curtain wall, has served many generations of students.
The building offers a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with a total of 321 units. The Goler House is a landmark structure in the heart of the large University of Rochester campus and sits adjacent to the Strong Memorial Hospital.
