Project Highlights:
Cobblestone Creek Country Club is a 417 acre, 18-hole golf course community lying within the foothills of the Bristol Mountains. The 18 Scottish Links Championship Golf Course was designed by world renowned golf course architect Michael John Hurdzan (recently designed Erin Hills, the site of the 2017 U.S. Open).
Pre-construction services included the total development planning for all facets of the project, including the development of 280 residential lots for luxury homes surrounding the course. The construction of the centerpiece of the project, a sprawling, state-of-the-art club house and community center.
