Project Highlights
Wilmorite Construction built this planned townhouse community on the site of the former Roseland Amusement Park, which includes a United States Post Office. Located on the scenic Canandaigua Lake, the forty acres were set aside as a wetland preserve.
The pre-construction phase consisted of various approvals and studies including Planned Urban Development, Environmental Assessment Form, County Traffic, City of Canandaigua wave studies, New York State Department of Sanitation lake leases and New York State Department of Conservation.
The site-work included highway and bridge construction for the major roads surrounding the project.
