Project Highlights
The former two-story Bon-Ton department store was demolished and replaced with a lifestyle redevelopment. A new mall entrance, facing the north-east was created, featuring two new retail stores and four restaurants including one with outdoor seating.
The streetscape theme was carried into the interior with lamp posts, soft seating areas, and built-in street vendor kiosks. The 40’ ceilings were refinished with new lighting that replaced the old glitter bulbs. Large murals featuring photographs of scenic areas in New York State, starting with New York City through Niagara Falls adorn the bulkhead.
A new 1,392 square foot children’s play area was installed at the entrance to the corridor.
