Project Highlights
Wilmorite renovated these industrial buildings and converted them into a mixed-use facility occupied by offices, 36 apartments, and a restaurant. The total size of the completed project is 132,943 sq. ft. along with a new 50-car parking garage adjacent to the original buildings.
The challenges faced when rebuilding these 150 year old wood post and beam structures included improving and modernizing both the interior and exterior to meet current standards and requirements. Since the buildings had housed various industrial activities throughout the years, the cleanup and econtamination portion of the project was extensive.
