Eric started his career with Wilmorite as an intern in the construction department while in college.
Following his graduation from Clarkson University, Eric joined the Wilmorite team full time as a Project
Engineer. Since then, he has worked on a variety of projects as a Project Manager and Director of Tenant Coordination before being named Vice President of Construction. Eric has successfully managed projects ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $450,000,000.
As Vice President of Construction, Eric oversees all new development and construction including the
oversite of site selection, entitlement, design coordination, budget management, contract negotiations,
and project delivery.
Eric’s commitment to improve all facets of work, from pre-construction and budgeting through design
development and construction, has led to increased output and higher quality results.
