Ken is responsible for the drafting, review and negotiation of leases, contracts, and agreements, in addition to providing legal advice and support on leasing matters and real estate transactions.
Ken joined Wilmorite in May of 2023 after 15 years of practicing as a commercial real estate attorney in New York, NY, representing clients in the purchase, sale, financing, development, and leasing of real property. He also served as an Administrative Law Judge with the New York City Department of Finance.
Ken earned his B.A. from SUNY at Binghamton and J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
