As Vice President of Leasing at Wilmorite, Morgan is responsible for new tenant procurement, as well as lease renewals for existing tenants. This requires a heavy focus on tenant prospecting, deal negotiations and staying up-to-date on the local retail market.
After serving nine years as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Pyramid Brokerage Company of Rochester, Inc. In her previous position, Morgan specialized in retail, landlord and tenant representation primarily in Upstate New York.
Morgan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
